Grace Ann Ourso

Since joining Covalent Logic in 2015, Grace Ann has played a key role in driving the team’s growth. With a Bachelor of Arts from LSU and a Master of Jurisprudence from Tulane University, she focuses on employee relations, legal compliance and overseeing compensation and benefits.

Prior to Covalent Logic, Grace Ann worked with companies such as the Shaw Group, Shipping Center and Genesis Energy, gaining valuable experience in human resources and operations. She holds certifications in SHRM-CP and PHR, highlighting her expertise in the field.

In addition to her work at Covalent Logic and the Public Relations Institute, Grace Ann is an active board member for Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University and St. Michael the Archangel High School. She also coaches her children’s soccer and cross-country teams. You can also catch her on a Pickleball court on the weekends.
